Krueger, Half-Orc Mercenary and Warrior
Krueger is a half-orc mercenary and the leader of a small group of orcs and bugbears. He carries a large axe and is very strong, but not as savage as many of his kind.
History and Personality[]
Krueger was born into the Greyscar clan of orcs, which were by then led by his brother Ogravahk, a brutal and evil warlord. Their shared father was Togar, a prominent warrior. His mother was one of the human prisoners of the camp, but she died soon after Krueger's birth. Krueger grew up to resent his brother and the evil deeds they committed in service to Gruumsh and Erythnul, and when Ogravahk was away with the company of Jack Morgan, Krueger led a small breakaway group in leaving the Greyscar clan behind and setting off alone. Ogravahk has since sworn vengeance for this treachery. Krueger led his small group, of maybe fifteen or twenty, into the ruins of Val Kormin in Orkay, and there they sheltered from the outside world and Ogravahk's vengeance.
In the Campaign[]
Krueger's party were encountered by Hanu, Iskander and Viserys in the ruins of Val Kormin, where they got on reasonably well together. The party spent the night gaming and drinking with the orcs, and Krueger announced his intentions of becoming mercenaries. He left with his followers the next day, and has not been seen or heard from since.
